Today my silly mum was watching Twilight out in the living room.
I walked out and started to be loud, cause I really don't like that movie ((Sorry, to Twilight fans, It just isn't entertaining to me)) anywho~
So I was making noise and my step-father, Doug, Comes waltzing out of his bedroom, Sees me annoying my mum and says,
"Hey guess what?"
ME: "What???"
DOUG: "Today, I was walking, and I tripped on a big crack of SHUT UP."

Isn't it funny how you can have an opinion about something and yet when you swear to the high heavens you don't care what other people think you STILL DO, even of it is just a teensy bit?
today I was told countless times that they do not care what I think despite my reasoning, or the whole idea of what I said. It wasn't just me either. I saw many people today getting defensive because they do not want to get hurt. Hell, I even do it sometimes...But why can't we own up to that? Why can't we say, "Ya, that did hurt my feelings." and get on with it? It is also probably more likely that these people will apologize, And that they didn't really want to hurt your feelings in the first place. And if you say they aren't truly sorry, why are you even talking to them on the first place?!? Surely a friend would be sorry. If they just say it out of nowhere, It is probably bull. You know who you are, and if what they said is true and you know it is than it won't be such a blow, no? and If you hear something mean that IS true...than you will probably get told later by a friend.
